3. We encourage you to send an email to the ICG (public-comments(a)ianacg.org) to express your support for the ICG’s transition proposal.

In the interests of balance... not everybody supports the proposal. It's a bit complicated to summarise for people who haven't been following the debate, but even people like me who are inclined to support the combined proposal have to admit that it's a somewhat clumsy ramming-together of three separate proposals.
