:) I tried 0800 447638 and got through in under a minute, so not sure what the difference between the numbers is or whether I was just lucky... As soon as I mentioned IPnet the person at the other end said they were having a nationwide outage and there was no ETA. I'd barely hung up the phone again and it seemed to be working again....
