Reading in Commsday and Computerworld Singapore that APCN2, APCN, EAC and SMW3 near Taiwan have developed faults, possibly due to typhoon Morakot. Anyone in NZ noticing the effect of that? -- Juha

Some higher packet loss (5%) to Hong Kong. It's periodic though. Maybe just
re-routing load.
