Anyone out there tell me if Telstra Saturn has gone off the air.... I've reported a failure to their afterhours help-desk (answered by no less than an answering service!) indicating we have been unable to get to any destination outside New Zealand for almost three hours - I've yet to receive a response.... We are running on our backup facility using one of their competitors but this is less than satisfactory... and sadly its not the first time its happened recently.... Anyone got any inside info ?....
