Shortly after becoming aware of the issue we failed over to another carrier, so all good in this camp. Hey Folks A few issues tonight - we had some kind of packet storm or loop when turning up a new customer service - still working through what actually happened there. This had some fallout for some of our national ISP connectivity as well as MPLS services. Looks like there was also a DDoS tonight after the packet storm issue which may have affected a few people as well. That's been dealt with as well. PLEASE raise faults to faults(a)vocus.co.nz (For AS9503) or noc(a)vocus.net (for AS4826) and follow up with a phone call to the NOC if you're continuing to see issues or do see anything weird at any time, no matter how small you think it is.
