I'm seeing problems with doing DNS lookups against 203.109.252.42 which I believe is still ihug's main recursive DNS server [1]. For at least the last week around 20% of DNS queries are not being replied to. Testing to other ihug DNS servers is not showing any problems. Not sure if this is a problem since I am testing from non-ihug IP space and possibly they have put in ACLs[2]. No luck contacting them via email or phone [3]. [1] It might not be, they don't list one on their webpage anywhere.
