RE: [nznog] APE, citylink, LOTR thingy
I'm getting perfect results on courtenay once it manages to connect (Took ages - over a minute) ... Perhaps limited number of streams supported at some link? Same deal for reading... -- Cheers - Neil Gardner Networking and Security Support Engineer Renaissance Brands (09) 968-3681 / (021) 746-345 -----Original Message----- From: Craig Whitmore [mailto:lennon(a)orcon.net.nz] Sent: Monday, 1 December 2003 4:37 p.m. To: 'Craig Whitmore' Cc: nznog(a)list.waikato.ac.nz Subject: RE: [nznog] APE, citylink, LOTR thingy http://palantir.citylink.co.nz/courtenay/ (on APE) is getting too overloaded now at times.. missing pictures /page cannot be found errors etc :-(

Connected via APE.
http://palantir.citylink.co.nz/courtenay/ works well about 2-3 fps http://palantir.citylink.co.nz/reading/ works well (except looks like has a little bit of water on the camera)
Any of the R2 broadcasts either don't work or only has R2 advertising on them and repeats.. (too overloaded?)
The NZOOM feeds don't play at all :-(

Same here until a few minutes ago.....then it sort of stops...and you
have to try to 're-connect'....
But when it works, it works well.....you can see people wallking
around.
I've sent the link to several AT&T co-workers in Hong Kong, Singapore
and Tokyo.
