________________________________________________________________________ Changes to APNIC IPv4 transfer policy ________________________________________________________________________ APNIC account holders wishing to be the recipient of IPv4 transfers must now justify their need for the resources as a result of a policy change taking effect from today, Monday, 21 November 2011.
