You obviously haven't heard of GoDaddy (http://registrar.godaddy.com/) - USD$8.95 for a .com, .net or .org domain. Go daddy, go!
Actually I have and also at least one .nz provider selling at $29.95 NZ. I was just using 'street price' which is $40 NZ or $15 US for .com. The wholesale .com cost is $6.. godaddy sells for $2.95 higher than their buy cost. Cant see that going in long term. I'm not sure it *need* be a problem. Whilst the margin is so small, these people don't need to do much to get it and keep it once they have a critical mass of customers. --cw - To unsubscribe from nznog, send email to majordomo(a)list.waikato.ac.nz where the body of your message reads: unsubscribe nznog
