Don't Ihug peer with Orcon at the APE anyway? Looking at it from our side, it would appear to be an Ihug internal routing issue. Currently, a trace to ihug from a UBS test circuit shows a route loop between 203.109.156.140,148,147,155 Too much beer maybe?? :-)
