This was contained in a spam/UCE email received from Sahil last week.
Why I am on his mailing list, I don't know. I don't deal with him.
He has not responded to my email questioing the hypocrisy.

It has come to our attention that there may be a very small number of users
who have slipped through the cracks so to speak, either by
devious and deliberate means, or otherwise, and are not paying for the service
they have been using. This is known as Fraud! If you
are one of those users who have not been paying for the service that you have
been using, this is your chance to come forward before
we take action. There will be an amnesty period of 7 days (until the 1st of
July) for such users to come forward and pay last
months, and next months usage, and join the ranks of our regular customers.
Failure to do so by the 1st of July will result in fraud
charges laid against the Telecom account holders responsible for the unlawful
Jetstream connection to Net4U. We will also back date
all charges associated to the unlawful use of our services, and pursue these
in court if necessary.
Sorry for the harsh news everyone. Lets move onto some better news.....
