Hi, We're having a number of customers complain about email not being delivered over the Xtra network. Error messages being submitted to us are similar to: Apr 24 00:00:37 web1 postfix/smtp[14312]: 999977E99E: to=<xx(a)xtra.co.nz>, orig_to=<les(a)xx.co.nz>, relay=mta.xtra.co.nz[210.54.141.1], delay=7174, status=deferred (host mta.xtra.co.nz[210.54.141.1] said: 421 Message rejected (in reply to end of DATA command)) We know Xtra have recently being changing setting on firewall/router combination as we had a similar issue last week .... It looks like they are doing it again ! What really takes the biscuit is that customers who call Xtra are told that it's a fault of someone else i.e ours !! We're happy to take calls from these customers, but we would like to give them the right information, unlike Xtra is doing ! Could someone Xtra contact me off list, please. Dear Colleague, This is to notify you that some object(s) in NZRR database which you either maintain or are listed as to-be-notified have been added, deleted or changed. These objects are used to configure the various NZIX route servers (http://nzix.net/) so you can expect the relevant servers to be reloaded in the near future. Backlog of email to Xtra

We currently have a growing queue of email to xtra.co.nz on all of our mail servers. According to Xtra's website, there are no issues. Is this just our problem or is this a little more of a generic problem ? We are just getting lost of "421 Message rejected (in reply to end of DATA command)" errors. Glen.

TCL -> Callplus/Slingshot issues

All day yesterday I was unable to see any of the Callplus/Slingshot network from my TCL cable connection (obviously due to the Telecom problems). This issue was resolved last night but is now occuring again. I've given up trying to ring the TCL helpdesk (wait times listed as 90 mins despite no known network issues) so am at least hoping somebody reading this may be able to look into the issue if they're not already. All other internet sites from TCL are working fine so it appears to be some sort of routing issue somewhere..
