Hazard Notification - ntp3.ntp.net.nz unreachable due to power shut down

To the NZNOG Community: NZRS would like to inform that ntp3.ntp.net.nz will be unreachable from Friday May 3rd at 4:00pm until Monday May 6th at 8:00am due to power work being carried out in the building where it's located. Although backup power is available for the computer room, the planned work exceeds the generator's autonomous runtime, so we've decided to shut the power down for the duration of the event. ntp1.ntp.net.nz and ntp2.net.ntp.nz will continue to work as usual. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Mumbai: Carrier Neutral Datacentres

Hi there, We're looking for a rack of space in Sydney. Preferably carrier neutral. With actual useful smart hands. They all sound awesome from their web pages. They all have 100% uptime and are mega helpful. Interestingly, they are all better than each other. I'd really appreciate some quick pointers from local companies who have taken space in Sydney about who is actually useful and who actually has good power. Thanks, Gerard

Office 365 Hong Kong issue?

Hi all, Is anyone noticing issues connecting to mailboxes at their Hong Kong DC? We have users spread between Singapore & Hong Kong, most of the users on hkxprd0310.outlook.com cannot connect. We have been on hold to M$ for awhile now, & would just like to know if anyone else has any feedback... Cheers! - Daniel

Brief downtime on Wellington route-servers Sunday 21/4/2103

We're upgrading the software on the hosting platform and there will likely be one brief outage to each route-server as we perform the upgrade then restart. Window for the changes is expected to be between 9pm and 11pm.
