In NZD that is pretty damn good pricing.

You will need to talk to them about how it gets backhauled from you to the data centre where that pricing is available.

HD has recently started a new wholesale arm with a pricing plan that suits web hosts and uploaders
I cannot remember what the subsidiary is called but if you contact the ceo you should be able to get somewhere.

From what I understand, most bandwidth purchased from the Southern Cross access cables is purchased in symmetrical quantities. ie 1gbps in both ways.
Given that a lot of this is sold to residential ISPs with download favorable profiles, do any of them resell transit at a lower cost with a high up to down ratio (ie 1 gigabit up, 10 down or something similar)?
