Firstly, spam is spam, not "distributed" email. It is unsolicited commercial email, which this was. Secondly, I think you'll find that ANY provider that has previously behaved as poorly would attract a similar response. I really don't care if they are mystical or deformed, this is a breach of what is generally accepted as "acceptable conduct". Perhaps this thread should die - it has very little to do with network operations.
