Massey University's networks on WIX

Massey University have recently peered at WIX and PNIX. Specific prefixes from 130.123.0.0/16 will be advertised into each IX. If you peer at WIX and/or PNIX and do not have an open peering policy, can you please add 130.123.0.0 ge 16 to your route filters and let me know. This is not the first time they have been down recently. I have seen several of these messages over the past 2 weeks and it has been getting rather annoying. I just rang them and they informed me that they are making upgrades to there system to make a better overall experience for there users and it will be back up at 6pm LOL! Regards, Ben
