I hope the answers I provider a while ago were more useful than frustrating. And it seems most of you are getting served from the preferred places now.
So I think my work here is done. I am going on holiday for a few weeks in China starting Wednesday (US time). This seemed like a good excuse to un-subscribe from the mailing list as IP connectivity in central China is not exactly amazingly good. But before I signed off, I wanted to ask if there was anything else I could answer.
Also, you are always welcome to e-mail our Network Support department during business hours US east coast time for general questions, or our NOC 24/7 for emergencies.
