I just got an email from Cisco regarding Code Red. The only problem is that it took a little while to get to me (see the headers). APE Problems

Just a bell to say that there are currently intermitant problems with APE (for us and at least one other ISP we know of) Citylink are trying to figure it out with us ATM. First went down at ~17:25 came back 17:38 went down again about 5 mins ago and appears to be back again. You wouldnt *believe* how often people get that one wrong. :P Thanks for all the assistance, the ECN thing was right on the money... problem solved, if only because the mail server in question is now defunct and replaced with one on a different machine.
